Warranty Policy
We're committed to providing our customers with high-quality furniture that is built to last. We are confident in the craftsmanship of our products and offer a three-year limited warranty to protect your investment. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Coverage
Hooseng Furniture warrants the structure and finish of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for the following periods:
Our Limited Warranty remains in effect for three years from the date of purchaser receipt, except for frames and springs which have separate coverage. Frames are covered for three years against structural defects not caused by neglect or abuse, while springs are covered for three years against breakage or detachment not caused by neglect or abuse.
If a defect covered by the warranty is found, we will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective part. However, the warranty does not cover the cost of labor and transportation.
This warranty covers the frame, cushions, springs, and other structural components of indoor furniture.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered by the Hooseng Limited Warranty:
- Normal wear and tear: This includes fading, scratching, and other damage that is caused by normal use.
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse: This includes damage caused by spills, pets, or other accidents. we will assess the product for neglect or abuse and decide at its own discretion.
- Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance: This includes damage caused by failing to follow the care instructions provided with your furniture.
- Commercial use: This warranty does not apply to furniture that is used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to home daycare, business and rental purposes, and property staging.
- Accessories or clearance and floor model furniture sold "as-is." These items are not eligible for exchange, refund, return, or service.
- Additional items that may void the Limited Warranty include:
- Customer modifications.
- Fabric damage due to fabric protection application.
- Colorfastness or dye lot variations of fabrics.
- Damage caused by neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care, including but not limited to pet hair, mold, bug infestation, and water damage.
- Non-residential use.
- Use for purposes not intended or designed for the product.
- Settling of cushions due to normal wear and tear.
- Piling and wrinkling due to normal wear and tear.
- Fabric fading or discoloration due to exposure to elements, including but not limited to sunlight.
- Water damage to electrical components.
- Natural wood grain characteristics.
File a Warranty Claim
If you need to make a warranty claim due to non-human damage, please contact our customer service at support@hooseng.com or call +1 (321) 802-1256. Please provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Haosheng Furniture will review your claim and, if valid, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective product.
Limitation of Liability
Maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the defective product. Hooseng Furniture is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages (such as loss of use, inconvenience, or property damage). This warranty is the entire agreement between Hooseng Furniture and the purchaser and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written. This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary from state to state. The limited warranty does not cover any implied warranties beyond its duration, and it does not cover consequential or incidental damage.
